    Magarine
  • 1/2
    c
    Oil
  • 3
    tbsp
    Coco
  • 1
    c
    Water
  • 2
    c
    Cake Flour
  • 2
    c
    Sugar
  • 1
    tsp
    BIcarb
  • 2
    Eggs
  • 1/2
    c
    Buttermilk
  • 1
    pinch
    Salt
  • 2
    c
    Icing Sugar
  • 2
    tbsp
    Coco
  • 2
    tbsp
    Margarine
  • 2
    tbsp
    Water
  • 1
    drop
    Vanilla Essence

Method

 
Place Margarine, Oil, Coco and Water in a frying pan and bring to the boil. Place the rest of the ingredients (Flour, Sugar, Bicarb, Eggs, Buttermilk and Salt) in a bowl and mix. Beat in the hot mixture for about 2 minutes. Bake @ 180° for 30 minutes. Method for the Icing Microwave on high for 30 seconds.............and pour over the top, can also sprinkle with a crushed Peppermit Crisp.
