Ingredients (9)

1 beef — corned
viennas — chopped
1 cheddar cheese — grated
1 onion — finely grated
1 spring onions
1 fresh parsley
100 ml milk
2 tbsp cornflour
4 eggs — beaten

Method:

Mix the milk, maizena and eggs together.

In a separate bowl, break up the corned beef and mix with the remaining ingredients, but using only 1/2 the cheese.
Stir in the milk mixture until evenly mixed.

Now top with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until set.

Serve hot or cold with a green salad.
