Ingredients (6)

400 g chicken
250 g pasta
250 ml cream
100 ml pesto — basil
4 tsp oil
2 tsp garlic — cloves

Method:

1. Start boiling the pasta. This can be done in the microwave for 10 minutes.
2. Slice the chicken into bite sizes pieces
3. heat the oil in a saucepan on medium heat
4. add the chicken and brown
5. add half the pesto
6. add the garlic and stir through well
7. then add the cream
8. add the remaining pesto and stir through
9. reduce heat until the cream has thickened slightly
10. drain the pasta
11. stir the sauce into the pasta
12. serve and add salt and black pepper to taste
7. leave to simmer until it
