Ingredients (9)

500 g chicken — thighs, cubed
1 onion — finely chopped
200 g bacon
1 fresh chillies — finely chopped
1 tomato and onion mix
250 ml cream — fresh
2 mushrooms — chopped
1 tsp salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 pasta — fusili

Method:

In large frying pan, fry onion, chicken & bacon until browned (should take about 7mins)

Add chopped chili & can of tomato & onion mix and bring to a boil…

Add fresh cream & mushroom, lower heat to a medium & simmer till sauce has thickened.

Salt & pepper to taste. If you want it hotter, add more chilli. It also still tastes great without any chili whatsoever…

Prepare pasta as instructed on the pasta packet..
