Ingredients (7)

125 g bacon
430 ml milk
puff pastry
375 g button mushrooms
soup powder — white onion
onion — halved
chicken breast fillets

Method:

Cut chicken filets into bite size pieces, slice mushrooms, onion and bacon. Then fry chicken, onion, mushroom and bacon in a little oil, add milk and white onion soup and stir continuously till it comes to the boil. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes and pour into pie dish. Roll pastry out and cover.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
