Ingredients (10)

6 chicken breast fillets — cubed
250 g black mushrooms — sliced
1 onion — large, sliced into rings
1 can coca-cola
1 soup powder — cream of mushroom
30 ml chutney
30 ml tomato sauce
1 cloves garlic — cloves, crushed
3 bay leaves
3 pinch aromat

Method:

In a little oil or butter fry the chicken until brown.
Add in the onions and mushrooms and saute for approx 3 mins.
remove from heat and place in a casserole dish.
Sauce:
add cola and packet soup to a saucepan over a low heat.
stir until smooth.
add chutney, tomato sauce, garlic and bay leaves.
stir untill thickend.
pour the sauce over the chicken in the casserol dish and season with Aromat. place in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees to bake for 1 hour.
Serve with brown rice.
