Ingredients (11)

wine
chicken
chutney
salt
freshly ground black pepper
garlic — cloves
mushrooms
red onion
cream
coriander
pasta — to serve

Method:

Fry the garlic and onions, brown the chicken, add white wine, then mushrooms, coriander, salt and pepper to season.

Once simmered add Mrs Balls Chutney, allow to simmer further as to get all the flavour. Once almost ready add some cream. Serve with penne or any preferred pasta.
