Chilli pork pasta

Ingredients (8)

2 kg pork fillet
250 g pasta — spaghetti, uncooked
1 can tomato and onion mix — chopped
1 tbsp garlic — cloves, crushed
2 tbsp chilli sauce — hot
2 tbsp soya sauce — thick
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 can mixed bean sprouts

Method:

Brown pork fillet in a deep frying pan with 30ml olive oil.
Add garlic and fry for 2 mins.
Add tomato and onion mix, hot chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce and stir to blend.
Simmer gently for about 30 mins or until meat cooked through.
Pour mixture into ovenproof casserole dish.
Boil spaghetti until soft, and then drain and arrange on top of pork mixture.
Drain a can of bean sprouts and arrange evenly on top of the pasta.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20-25 minutes and serve with a fresh green salad.
