Ingredients (8)

250 g cottage cheese — smooth, low-fat
1 condensed milk
1 eggs — yolk only
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 packet tennis biscuits
125 g butter — melted
250 ml cream — fresh
1 chocolate — Flake

Method:

Combine the cottage cheese, condensed milk,
egg yolk, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.

Mix until completely combined (use electric
beater if preferred).

Set aside.

 

Crush the biscuits finely and mix in melted
butter.

Press into baking tray to form a base.

Pour the cake mixture and spread evenly.

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 mins or until firm.

Remove and set aside to cool completely.

 

Whip cream and spread evenly across the cake,
crush a flake and sprinkle over.
