  • 250
    smooth low fat cottage cheese
  • 1
    condensed milk
  • 1
    egg Yolk
  • 1
    lemon juice
  • 1
    packet of Tennis Biscuits
  • 125
    butter (melted)
  • 250
    fresh cream
  • 1
    Flake (chocolate)
Servings: Change Serving


Combine the cottage cheese, condensed milk, egg yolk, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
Mix until completely combined (use electric beater if preferred).
Set aside.
Crush the biscuits finely and mix in melted butter.
Press into baking tray to form a base.
Pour the cake mixture and spread evenly.
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 mins or until firm.
Remove and set aside to cool completely.
Whip cream and spread evenly across the cake, crush a flake and sprinkle over.
