YELLOW CORNMEAL
1 tbsp sugar — granulated
3 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chillies — powder
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/4 c vegetable oil
oil — for deep frying

Method:

IN A MIXING BOWL,COMBINE FLOUR,CORNMEAL,SUGAR,BAKING POWDER,SALT AND CHILLI POWDER.IN ANOTHER BOWL BEAT THE EGGS WITH MILK AND THE 1/4 CUP OF OIL.STIR EGG AND MILK MIXTURE INTO DRY INGREDIENTS AND WHISK TOGETHER UNTIL BATTER IS SMOOTH.HEAT OIL IN A DEEP FRYING PAN TO 360 DEGREES.INSERT A WOODEN SKEWER INTO EACH HOTDOG,TO MAKE A HANDLE FOR THE HOTDOG,HOLDING THE SKEWER DIP EACH HOTDOG INTO THE BATTER,TURNING TO COAT EVENLY.FRY CORN DOGS FOR 3-5 MIN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
