1/2 kg chicken — pieces
2 potatoes
3 carrots
6 pickling onions

Method:

PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A CASSEROLE DISH WITH A LID OR AN OVEN DISH ( COVER WITH TIN FOIL ). SEASON ALL THE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES WITH SALT, PEPPER, FEW SHAKES OF ORIGANUM AND THYME. MIX 1 PACKET OF CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP IN 500MLS WATER. POUR OVER THE CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES AND BAKE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. THICKEN IF NECESSARY WITH A LITTLE FLOUR AND WATER. SERVE WITH RICE OR GARLIC BREAD.
NOTE THAT YOU CAN USE ANY VEGGIES THAT YOU HAVE.
