Ingredients (4)

250 g prawns
2 tbsp sour milk
250 ml cream — fresh
2 tbsp tomato paste

Method:

Fry grilled prawns in a pan of real butter. Once fried and should fry for only 10 minutes. Take out. Now fry onions, chillies (couple chopped fine) in butter. Add the two tablespoons of sour milk, then the fresh cream and the tomato paste. Cook for about 10 minutes. Lastly add the grilled prawns, coriander and there you have butter prawns. Serve with Basmati Rice.
