Blue Cheese and Asparagus Pasta

    Green Asparagus
  • 1
    Grated Blue Cheese pref Simonsburg
  • 2
    Basic White Sauce
  • 1
    Fresh Cream
Servings: Change Serving


Prepare basic white sauce using butter, flour, a little milk and liquid from the Asparagus can. Gently add Blue Cheese once melted, add fresh cream. Lastly add Green Asparagus, stirring very little so as not to break fragile spears. Serve over tagliatelle. Don't eat fingers!
