Ingredients (3)

3 cup flour — self-raising
250 ml cream — fresh
250 ml lemonade — or Sprite

Method:

In a bowl add flour, make a well in the middle and add cream and lemonade. Mix well and roll into shape of a french loaf. Cut into equal sized pieces (7cm wide – about 12 pieces).  Place on greased baking tray and bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
