As of 1 May 2018, Chef Eric Bulpitt takes the reigns as the New Executive chef of Pierneef à La Motte Restaurant.
Known for his modern twist on classic cuisine, the award-winning Chef Bulpitt is set to bring a new menu to the estate; already one of the winelands top destinations. Using sustainable ingredients whenever possible and focusing on the heritage of the Cape Winelands, Pierneef à La Motte Restaurant continues to offer local and international guests an unforgettable culinary experience.
Replacing Chef Michelle Theron after 8 years might be big shoes to fill, but Bulpitt is ready for the challenge.
