The latest venture from legendary chefs Craig Cormack and Beau du Toit, SALT at Paul Cluver Wine Estate in the Elgin Valley is set to open 13 December this year. An intimate, cosy restaurant spearheaded by Hog House's Mechell Spann, SALT will be open for breakfast and lunch with a menu that celebrates wholesome, hearty meals – with a twist.

Tuesday to Sunday 08:30–16:30 (pre-booking recommended to avoid disappointment)
