Warm and Glad uses only the best quality ingredients and supports small businesses.

Their chicken is from Mitchell’s Chickens.  The chickens live out in the Cradle of Humankind and roam free, eating only the best grub.  Healthy, fat, happy chickens.

Their other meat is from Braeside in Parkhurst and is all grass-fed, hormone-free, steroid-free and free-range.

The bread used for toasted sandwiches is from a Mozambican baker based in Joburg who stays up all night baking and runs around the city in the morning delivering his loaves.

They make their own granola by toasting organic rolled oats, nuts, seeds, apple juice and honey. Served with fat-free yoghurt, bananas and berries, it is breakfast perfection.

And then they do all the usual stuff – free-range eggs, organic veg where possible.

Don't forget coffee.  Warm and Glad coffee is from Deluxe Coffeeworks in Cape Town.  Roasted with love and care. They’re perfectionists!

So as you support them, you support local.
