Having spent 3 years researching and testing all things pizza related, food-obsessed and frustrated banker Geoff Tennant has set up Pizzology (turning down a Masterchef SA audition in the process).

Pizzology is serious about pizza.  Their goal: to make the thinnest, crispiest bases using a traditional Sardinian technique called 'Carte di Musica' - literally 'sheet of music'.

The thermodynamic properties of the replica Pompeii oven take wood-firing to the next level. While the Tipo 00 flour is imported from the Naples region in Italy, their toppings are sourced as locally and organically as possible - you can't get more local than their on-site herb and veggie garden!
