Cape Town

Clarkes has been mentioned in multiple Food24 guides because, to put it simply, they are one of the absolute best in Cape Town. Another reason why Clarkes is the best, besides the deliciously scrumptious soul food, is the cocktail and beer happy hour between 5pm and 6pm. Cocktails are just R27. Try The Rocking Chair which is made up of bourbon, ginger beer and bitters.

Door 221
A Bree Street favourite with a super relaxed atmosphere, an outdoor section on the street, or at the back, and serving decadent bar snacks from tacos to Mozzarella sticks. All cocktails are R40 between 5pm and 7pm. Try the chilli infused Endless Summer with tequila, hibiscus and pineapple juice.
