WATCH: Easy granola breakfast cups

    g
    oats
  • 2
    bananas - mashed
  • 125
    ml
    honey - melted slightly
  • 2
    tsp
    cinnamon
  • pinch
    salt
  • 2
    cup
    plain full cream yoghurt
  • 2
    handful
    mixed berries - for topping
 

Method

Preheat the oven to 180'C and grease a large 6 - cup muffin tray with cooking spray. 

In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, mashed banana, honey, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. 

Mould the mixture into the bottom of the muffin tray to create little "cups"or bowls. Bake in the oven until golden and crisp. Allow to cool completely before removing from the muffin tray. Fill with creamy plain yohgurt and top with berries or any fruit of your choice.
