    onions, chopped

    garlic cloves, crushed

    grated ginger

    roasted curry powder

    turmeric
  • 10
    ground coriander
  • 5-7
    ground cumin
  • 1
    kg
    lean beef mince
  • 60
    ml
    lemon juice
  • 125
    ml
    chutney
  • 60
    ml
    Worcester sauce
  • 4
    sachets tomato paste
  • 500
    ml
    frozen peas, corn and carrots
  • 45-60
    ml
    chopped fresh coriander (optional) salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

10 minutes
 

1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add all the ingredients and stir-fry until done.

2. Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool completely.

3. Divide into servings and freeze in freezer bags or containers.
