Unicorn power smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1
    cup
    water
  • 2 - 3
    Tbs
    yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • 1
    small beetroot - peeled
  • 1
    cup
    frozen mixed berries
  • 1
    serving Wazoogles berry smoothie powder
  • 1
    Tbs
    Açai berry powder
  • 1
    Tbs
    Be Lively Dragonfruit powder
  • 1
    Tbs
    fresh mint - roughly chopped
  • TOPPINGS ALL OPTIONAL
  • a few extra frozen or fresh berries
  • 1
    Tbs
    toasted flaked almonds
  • a few baby basil leaves
 

Method

Blend the smoothie ingredients together until smooth, adjust the consistency by adding a little extra water if you like.

Pour into a bowl or two, add your toppings and serve.

Alternatively, loosen with a little extra water and pour into a jar to enjoy on the go.

Note:

Refrigerate any extra for up to 24 hours.
