Pasta e Piselli

Ingredients

  • 250
    g
    pasta, small shaped
  • 125
    g
    peas, cooked
  • 400
    ml
    cold water
  • 15
    ml
    olive oil
  • 1
    cloves
    garlic, crushed
  • Parmesan shavings
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Method

10 min
 

Bring the water, garlic and olive oil to the boil in a small pot. Add the pasta and cook for 5 minutes. Add the peas. Then add salt and pepper.

Remove when pasta is al dente and stir in Parmesan cheese.
