Salad in a jar

Ingredients (18)

Salad:
1 cucumber — baby, sliced
1/2 red onion — thinly sliced
80 g green olives — stuffed
80 g olives — calamata, pitted
200 g feta cheese — cubed
DRESSING:
1/2 cup vinegar — red wine
6 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
2 tsp fresh oregano
2 Tbs fresh basil
2 tsp fresh thyme
2 cloves garlic — cloves
1 Tbs onion — finely chopped
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard
2 tsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sugar — taste

Method:

For the salad:
Place equal amounts of slices in two  jars  400 ml size . Followed by the red onion, olives and feta cheese.
For the dressing, pour equal amounts over the salad. Close and chill.

For the Mediterranean dressing:
Add all ingredients to a blender.  Mix until all pureed and no lumps and herbs merged in the mixture
Pour into a jar.
