Hot chilli chocolate spoons

    chilli flavoured chocolate
  • 1
    chocolate spoon mould



Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.

Fill the spoon mould with the melted chocolate and refrigerate until set (a squeeze bottle makes this process a little less messy if you have one!).

02:20 For the hot chocolate: Place 900 ml milk, orange peel and lavender stalks in a medium to large sized stainless steel pot and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Strain the milk through a sieve, place strained milk back in pot and put back on the heat.
