The ideal kick-start to your day - strong coffee, chocolate, nut butter, bananas, medjool dates and avocado.

Ingredients (10)

1/2 avocado
15 ml protein powder
1/2 c almond milk
1 espresso
1 Tbs nut butter — almond
25 ml cocoa powder
1 Medjool dates — pitted
1 handful cocoa nibs — for topping
blueberries — and blackberries
cashew nut bliss balls
Tap for ingredients
Tap for ingredients

Method:

Place all the ingredients, except the cocoa nib, berries and bliss balls, in a blender.

Blitz several times until completely smooth.

Pour into a tumbler and top with cocoa nibs, berries and several mini bliss balls.

Serve immediately.
