Chocolate Peanut clusters

  • 150
    milk chocolate
  • 110
    salted peanuts
  • 1
    smooth peanut butter

Break the milk chocolate slab into pieces and cut these pieces smaller.

Place the chocolate into a microwave proof bowl and add in the peanut butter.

Melt the chocolate and peanut butter for 30 seconds, removing the bowl afterwards and stirring thoroughly. Repeat this step again.

The chocolate should be full melted, if not, keep microwaving in small intervals, being sure to stir the mixture.

Stir in the peanuts and coat them all with this mixture.

Fill silicone moulds or cupcake liners with the peanut and chocolate mixture and chill in the fridge for 15 mins or until solid.

Dark chocolate, peanut butter and pretzel bark

This is a fun chocolate treat that doesn't take a lot of effort but looks really special. The salty pretzels combined with the crunch of the peanuts and the sweetness of the chocolate makes for an interesting and very trendy flavour combination.
