Biscuit date balls

Ingredients

  • 300
    g
    coconut biscuits
  • 125
    g
    dates, pitted, chopped
  • 100
    g
    desiccated coconut
  • 4
    Tbs
    orange juice
 

Method

 

Place  the Biscuits, dates and coconut in a food processor and pulse on high, adding enough orange juice until the mixture comes together and is sticky. Roll the mixture into balls the roll into crushed Biscuits.


Store in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to two weeks.
