Ingredients (13)

MARINADE
375.00 ml yoghurt — plain
5.00 ml cumin — ground
5.00 ml coriander — ground
5.00 ml green chilli — finely chopped
5.00 ml red chillies — finely chopped
5.00 ml fresh ginger — grated
5.00 ml garlic — cloves, crushed
5.00 ml lemon juice
15.00 ml oil
5.00 ml french mustard
65.00 ml tomatoe paste — or pureé
6.00 pork loin chops
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Blend all the ingredients for the marinade. Place the chops in a non-metal dish and pour over the marinade. Turn so the meat is completely covered with the marinade and marinate overnight or for half a day.
Grill the chops in the oven or in a pan for about 5 minutes on each side or until the chops are done and serve hot with mashed potatoes.
Serves 4-6.
