Ingredients (3)

250.00 ml cream — fresh
225.00 g condensed milk
500.00 ml yoghurt — fruit cocktail flvaoured

Method:

Whip the cream until it starts to thicken. Add the condensed milk in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Fold in the yoghurt and spoon into a freezer container. Freeze overnight or until frozen hard.
Makes 1 litre ice cream.
