Ingredients (4)

1 cucumber — Lebanese variety, peeled, deseeded, grated
1 cup yoghurt — Greek or Bulgarian
1/2 tsp salt
1 garlic — cloves, minced

Method:

Peel, deseed and grate the cucumber and combine in a bowl with the yoghurt, salt and minced garlic.
