With pineapple and spinach

  • 300
    young spinach
  • 1
    fresh pineapple
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 125
  • French salad dressing


Rinse the spinach in cold water. Remove the hard stalks and break the leaves into small pieces. Peel the pineapple (remove the hard core) and cut the pineapple into cubes. Toss the spinach leaves, pineapple, onion and sultanas in a little French salad dressing just before serving. Serve immediately.
