Ingredients (5)

60 ml strega
15 ml crème de menthe
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml orange juice
pernod

Method:

Fill tall Collins glass with shaved ice.

Shake above ingredients (except Pernod) well with ice and strain into Collins glass; float three or four drops Pernod.

Decorate with seasonal fruit or fresh mint.
