Winter 'salad'

    onion, chopped

    green pepper, chopped
  • 1
    red pepper, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, chopped

    cabbage, shredded
  • 1
    x 410 g can tomatoes, chopped
  • 10
    vegetable stock
  • 15
    freshly chopped herbs
  • 1.50


40 minutes
Heat the oil and fry the onion, green and red peppers and garlic in the oil.
Add the shredded cabbage and stir until well mixed.
Add the tomatoes, vegetble stock, herbs and water, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
