Ingredients (9)

450.00 g watermelon — chunks
125.00 g baby spinach — washed
400.00 g tuna — tinned in oil
125.00 g feta cheese — coarse crumble
125.00 g red onion — finely chopped
75.00 g olives — black, halved
45.00 ml vinegar — balsamic
65.00 ml fresh chillies — 573
black pepper — freshly ground

Method:

Arrange the watermelon chunks and spinach on a serving platter or six individual plates and arrange the tuna on top. Sprinkle with feta cheese, chopped onion and black olives. Sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar and oil and season generously with black pepper.
Serves 6.
