Watercress and tomato salad

Ingredients

    head of celery, washed, trimmed and chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1
    butter lettuce, separated and washed
  • 1
    bunch of watercress, trimmed and washed
  • 175
    g
    cherry tomatoes
  • 125
    g
    fresh button mushrooms, wiped, trimmed and sliced
  • 60
    ml
    French dressing
 

Method

 
Toss together all ingredients, except the dressing and place in a sealable plastic container. Chill the salad until needed. Drizzle dressing over the salad when ready to serve.
