Ingredients (8)

100.00 g jasmine rice
10.00 ml fresh ginger — freshly grated
10.00 ml vinegar — rice
5.00 ml sesame oil
5.00 ml honey
250.00 ml water
10.00 ml wasabi — powder or paste
10.00 ml sesame seeds — black or white

Method:

Combine rice, ginger, vinegar, oil, honey and water in a small saucepan.
Cook for 20 minutes, or until liquid has evaporated. Stir in wasabi powder and spread rice out on a shallow tray to cool, patting it down with the back of a spoon.
Cut into 12 squares and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve garnished with coriander.
