Ingredients (13)

150 g sugar snap peas
300 g green beans — topped and tailed
350 g courgettes — thinly sliced
2 cup peas — baby
200 g asparagus — tips
1 cup feta cheese — crumbled
DRESSING:
5 Tbs fresh chillies — 573
5 Tbs lemon juice
1 tsp garlic — cloves, crushed
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 chillies — finely chopped
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Steam all the vegetables until slightly tender. You want them to still be bright green and quite firm.
Combine the steamed veg with the feta cheese.
Mix together all the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
Toss to combine and serve warm.
