Warm chocolate custard tartlets

  • 200
    chocolate digestive biscuits
  • 60
    melted butter
  • 400
    prepared custard
  • 200
    chocolate, chopped
  • extra chocolate for decoration


10 minutes
Grease six small, loose-bottomed fluted pie dishes.
Crush the digestive biscuits and stir in the melted butter.
Divide the crumbs among the pie dishes and press down to make a firm base.
Heat the custard and melt the chocolate.
Mix the two together and pour into the prepared bases.
Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve warm.
