Walnut and raisin sauce

  • 150
    seedless raisins
  • 250
    maple syrup
  • 100
    walnuts, chopped


Soak the raisins in 250 ml (1 c) hot water until plump. Drain the water and add the maple syrup and walnuts. Mix well. Makes about 500 ml (2 c).
