Waldorf slaw

Ingredients 6

  • Cabbage
  • Apple
  • Celery
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Feta
  • Mayonnaise


Slice the cabbage thinly, rinse and drain, I always rinse my cabbage, to get rid of any lice and I find as it’s damp the mayo mixes easier and therefore you use less.

Chop the apples (don’t peel) , slice the celery and crumble some feta.

Mix all the ingredients together with as much or as little mayo as you wish.
