    olive oil

    white wine vinegar
  • pinch castor sugar
  • 10

    Dijon mustard
  • seasoning
  • 15
    ml
    fresh herbs
  • 2
    cloves garlic, crushed
 

Method

 
Place all the ingredients in a screw-top jar. Screw the lid on tightly and give the jar a good shake. This will ensure that you mix the oil and vinegar thoroughly to form a smooth dressing. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake it again before serving as the oil and vinegar separates when left standing.
