  • 850
    green beans, trimmed
  • 600
    baby carrots, peeled
  • 40
    butter, melted
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • long chives


4-8 minutes
1. Cook vegetables separately in a little boiling water until al dente. 2. Drain and toss in butter. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Garnish the carrots with the parsley. 4. Divide beans into bundles and tie together with chives.
