Ingredients (6)

850.00 g green beans — trimmed
600.00 g carrots — baby, peeled
40.00 g butter — melted
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
fresh parsley — chopped
fresh chives

Method:

1. Cook vegetables separately in a little boiling water until al dente.
2. Drain and toss in butter. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Garnish the carrots with the parsley.
4. Divide beans into bundles and tie together with chives.
