  • CHEESE DIP
  • 250
    g
    smooth cottage cheese
  • 250
    g
    cheese spread
  • 100
    ml
    yoghurt
  • 2
    garlic cloves, crushed
  • 30
    ml
    freshly chopped parsley, basil, chives or origanum
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
 

Method

 
Combine all the ingredients well and chill until needed. Serve with a selection of vegetables, cut into julienne strips and arranged on a pretty platter. Makes about 600 ml.
