Vegetable kebabs

    baby marrows, quartered
  • 24
    button mushrooms
  • 1
    large red pepper, cubed
  • 1
    brinjal, cubed or 12 baby brinjals, halved
  • 2
    onions, quartered
  • 8 - 10
    kebab skewers
  • 200
    honey or mustard salad dressing or cook in sauce (Ina Paarman)

Heat the oven to 180°C and grease an oven pan with olive oil.
Thread the vegetables onto the skewers and arrange them in the greased oven pan.
Drizzle liberally with the salad dressing and, turning frequently, cook in the oven until just done.
