Vegetable dish

    potatoes, sliced in wedges
  • 8
    baby onions, peeled
  • salt and pepper
  • 125
    orange juice
  • 125
    vegetable stock
  • olive oil
  • 10
    cumin seed
  • 15
    mustard seed
  • 6
    carrots, cut into chunks
  • 2
    small cabbages, roughly chopped


+/- 30 min
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. Arrange potatoes and onions in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour juice and vegetable stock over the vegetables and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 30 minutes, add carrots and cabbage and bake until vegetables are cooked but still firm.
