Vegetable chips

  • 1
    large beetroot
  • 1
    large sweet potato
  • 1
  • 1
  • 1
    small butternut
  • oil for frying


Peel the vegetables and slice them into very thin strips. Heat the oil and add the vegetables a few at a time. Cook until golden and drain the chips on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt to taste and serve immediately.
