Veal with creamy mushroom and feta sauce

  • feta with black pepper
  • olive oil
  • 250
    fresh mushrooms
  • fresh sage leaves
  • 250
    fresh cream
  • salt and black pepper
  • 5
    veal schnitzels
  • 4
    cloves garlic, crushed


1. Sauté mushrooms in olive oil, reduce heat and add garlic, sage leaves and cream; allow to reduce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Just before serving, add crumbled feta and seasoning to taste. Serve over veal fried in olive oil, with risotto, beans and garlic.
