Ingredients (7)

100.00 g butter
30.00 ml golden syrup
200.00 g dark chocolate — broken into squares
75.00 g raisins
325.00 g digestive biscuits — chocolate, crumbled
50.00 g walnuts — chopped
40.00 g glacé cherries

Method:

Line the bottom of a 25 x 18 cm dish with baking paper.
Heat the butter and syrup until melted.
Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Add the raisins, biscuits, nuts and glacé cherries and mix well.
Spoon into the prepared dish, pressing down firmly.
Leave overnight before cutting into squares.
