Ingredients (8)

1.00 cucumber — English variety, grated
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.00 garlic — cloves, mashed
30.00 ml fresh mint — finely chopped
250.00 ml yoghurt
1.00 lemon — zest only
15.00 ml lemon juice — fresh
50.00 ml cream — thick

Method:

1. Wash the cucumber under running water and dry it well. Mix all the ingredients and spoon into small bowls. Serve with pita breads (see recipe).
Makes 500 ml.
